1. Support CED Initiatives:  Support local businesses and organizations in their community economic development initiatives.
2. Lead on key projects:  Look for the opportunity to lead a key project that will focus on specific socio-economic priorities and opportunities of the community.
3. Collaborative Partnerships:  Support the development and facilitation of collaborative partnerships for the economic betterment of the catchment area.
4. Focus on Key Sectors:  Focus efforts proactively on emerging sectors.
5. Community Mindedness:  Foster an increased sense of community mindedness and community first thinking and action.
6. Investment and Entrepreneurial Opportunities:  Improve investment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
7. Aboriginal Sector:  Strive, through engagement, to make the aboriginal sector an important part of TBV's business.
